Made it. Had a really interesting day but no energy to explain, need to get to bed. Just realized I've slept on a plane the past two nights in a row.
Will say this though - I now know a ton about the sugar and ethanol industries, timely given the recent g dub comments on corn-based ethanol. Corn's got nothing on sugar cane.
I can tell already I am going to love this place.
