This is actually funny - in a meeting today someone said Iceland has three natural resources - fish, power, and women. Well guess what? There was a bright young financial analyst in our meeting today with a venture capital firm, and a female professor at the University of Reykjavik's computer science faculty.

So ratio has gone down in total - we are probably talking 60+ men to 3 women now I've encountered in our meetings, but hey, two in one day - I am impressed. I can't even believe I have this to write about, really though?

Tack two more onto that one, Friday we had two female professors in our university meetings....
